Our Mission Statement:

A unique Nationwide nonprofit that provides college scholarships and additional assistance to enrich the lives of those who have survived and been affected by cancer.

The nonprofit not only provides college scholarships but also, additional funding to the cancer surviving parent of the scholarship winner.   We have two programs; Students Of Survivors and Athletes Kickin' Cancer.  One winner is selected annually for each program.  However, it is our ultimate goal to award two scholarships per state annually.

Once a year we will also be holding an online fund raising event to raise money benefiting St. Jude Children's Hospital research for Neuroblastoma.

Please visit www.CharityAuctionBay.com.  Sell your items and keep your profits while your listings fee go 100% to help support United Cancer Survivors of America, Inc..  The auction site is new so please help us spread the word!

Special Thanks:
"I want to give a special thank you to the University of Alabama's PR Department Fall 2012 class under the direction of Mr. Kennon Brown.  They created for us this umbrella under which both of our current programs, Students Of Survivors and Athletes Kickin' Cancer, may exist together including the logo.  I appreciate their creativeness, compassion and devotion to the project.  God Bless the team who brought this all together for us, Leighton Brown, Ashley Sledge, Matthew Jones, Evelyn Thacker, Ashley White, and Michael Davis.  Thanks to your efforts we are now truly united!"
Patricia Lee, Founder-President

Meet the Founder-President...

Patricia Lee, Founder-President
Patricia Lee, started the Athletes Kickin' Cancer program in 2006.  In 2011 she started the Students of Survivors program seeing a financial need for the cancer surviving parents of students trying to attend college.  Thanks to the help of her daughter, Alex Avram and the PR department of the University of Alabama she now has those programs under one umbrella and that is United Cancer Survivors of America, Inc..  Patricia is a three time cancer survivor with respect to three different cancers (Neuroblastoma, Uterine Tumor and Stage 3C Breast Cancer).  She has continued to have good reports since her last treatments in 2005.

Patricia is also, the 2005 American Cancer Society Life Inspiration Award winner for the state of Alabama.
